PromptLoop Pricing and Tiers
PromptLoop provides a set of basic spreadsheet functions as well as custom powerful AI tasks that can be run on any dataset. To provide excellent service to customers, we offer the broadest possible free plan in our category but must institute rate limits. Free users can explore and try all models and can upgrade any time they need more capacity.

Task Credits
Credits are how usage is measured on PromptLoop. When you run an input, often a row of data, the models run to return one or several datapoints for you. This counts as a single "credit".
Credits are charged regardless if the exact correct answer is returned. You can test models first to ensure they are working well before running a larger dataset.
Creating new tasks does not count against credits. Using tasks in Excel, Datasets, or Google Sheets all count against the same limits and limits are shared across teams.
Credits are not charged in instances where there is a model failure, "error running task", but are charged if the models do not find an item you are looking for or output perfect results. If you upload a broken web link for example this will still count against credits.
